I don’t believe in the whole “work smarter, not harder” concept.
The two are not mutually exclusive.
You damn sure should work smartly – begin with the end in mind, have clear success measures, and an even clearer strategy.
But then, work your ass off.
If you don’t love it, keep grinding until you discover something you do.
Opportunities don’t just come, you have to create them.
And the single biggest way to do that is by working really, really hard.
